Kraft paper(the thermal class 105ºC), Nomex paper,HPI-Green paper(the thermal class 120ºC) wrapped copper (aluminum) rectangular wire is extruded or drawn from oli-free copper rod or electrical round aluminum rod with requested specification mould. Then the copper or aluminum conductor is wrapped with one or more layers insulated paper. The product is widely used in oil-immersed transformers,electric reactor ,motor ,choke coils and other similar electrical instruments.

Resistivity:

20ºC,0.017241 Ωm²/m,0.02801 Ωm²/m.
In temperature of 20ºC,the resistivity of copper retangular wire is no more than 0.017241 Ωm²/m,the resistivity of aluminum retangular wire is no more than 0.02801 Ωm²/m.

Maximum external size no more than maximum size of conductor add double maximum insulation thickness.

Note: The structure of paper wrraped copper (aluminum) rectangular wire should conform between the supply and demand requirements. For example , the layers of insulation paper ,method of wrapping,insulation thickness and so on.
The surface of conductor should without copper powder and the other impurities ,every layer of the insulation paper should be continuous,firm,and without wrinkle ,without joint point and binding material except tail end of insulation paper .

Because of the difference between the insulation thickness and layers of the paper ,  flexibility and adhesiveness should conform to mutual consultation between supply and requirements.
