Enameled copper (aluminum) rectangular wire is a wire using oxygen-free copper rod or electrical round aluminum rod under extrusion by requested specification mould or dawning and annealing procedure, Then painted with required temperature tolerance level insulating coatings by mold type or blanket typ, after baking procedure, the conductor and insulating coating will become an integral product The product is now widely used in oil-immersed transformers,dry transformers,electric reactor ,motor ,choke coils and other similar electrical instruments.

Rebound resilience
The rebound angle of conductor should be no more than to 5°.

Note: semi-rigid copper is not in above standard.

Flexibility and Adhesiveness
Rod bending test
The insulation should not split after bending the narrow side and wide side of the wire under below rod diameter in the chart.

Adhesiveness
The distance of losing adhesiveness should be less than 1* wide side of the conduct when we draw 15% of the enameled rectangular copper wire.

Thermal shock
The insulation of the enameled rectangular wire should not crack when curling the wide side of the wire on the round rod with six times diameter size than the narrow side of the conductor. The minimum thermal shock temperature will be 20.c plus temperature-resist grade of conductor

Solvent resistance.
The layer of the coating shouldn't be scratched when using "H"rigid pencil to test the product handled by the standard solvent.

Breakdown voltage.
In the room temperature, At least four samples should not be breakdown in prescriptive voltage among total 5 samples; the failed sample should not be breakdown under 50% of prescriptive voltage.
We can test at high temperature if customer requires.b
